Self Defense Course

We have a partnership with local officers and companies, to teach self-defense and protection courses to students.  The benefits to teaching self-defense in school curriculums are used for protecting students, establishing awareness, developing strong self-discipline, developing physical skills and hands-on experience. This course provides students with practical diversion methods from bullying and the building of self-confidence.
